I know I'm guilty. I have thought patterns that I absolutely believe are true that I do not realize are getting in my own way until I am pushed to challenge them- can you relate?
These beliefs may have developed in order to protect you from experiencing difficult emotions or taking on too high of risks that could lead to danger. Many developed in childhood and have been lifelong beliefs that you are holding onto tightly. Whatever the reason for how or why they developed- there comes a time when many of your deeply held beliefs no longer serve you and often hold you back. If you are not getting the outcomes that you desire, it may be time to examine what you are telling yourself about the situation and your potential.
Through coaching, we may examine your behaviors and how your limiting beliefs contribute to undesired outcomes. Your coach will support you to challenge these thoughts using strategic questioning and coaching tools in order to propel you to new levels.
